Swim Odyssey collects your information for the following reasons;

•To contact you to inform of swimming lessons times and day changes.

•To communicate information with you including membership information, upcoming events, course information, changes within the services provided to you and fees.

•Sensitive data including medical records are used to structure lesson plans appropriately and may be used in case of an emergency.

•Walton Le Dale Primary School

•Hutton Grammar School

We share your information with these venues for membership purposes and for building & fire

regulation purposes.

We also reserve the right to share your information with other 3rd party in the case of sale of business or liquidation.

We also may share your information if legally we are required to. If for example we are involved in legal proceedings, and are complying with legal requirements, a court order, or a government

Swim Odyssey uses a variety of systems both manual and electronic to keep your personal

information safe and to prevent unauthorised access to, or use, or disclosure of it.

Swim Odyssey uses password-protected systems, restricted-access folders, role-based access controls where appropriate, and secure storage procedures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, or misuse of personal information.

How long your information is held for

Swim Odyssey holds your information for various lengths of time dependant on use. We will erase all information from contact after 6 years.
